Your New Role
As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations in Salem, OR, leading supply chain strategy from procurement to delivery. You’ll be responsible for:
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Build strong partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time deliveries
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain stock levels, minimize waste, and improve tracking systems
- Logistics & Distribution: Oversee warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales, production, and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies
- Cost & Performance Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate supply chain risks
- Technology & Process Improvement: Utilize ERP systems Oracle NetSuite to streamline operations
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing supply chain team

Job requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing (steel industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
- Proficiency in material management, cost analysis, and bottom-up forecasting for P&L
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
