Radiologic Technologist Job Description
Skills: Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Fluoroscopic Guidance, Portable C-arm Units, EMR Knowledge
Primary job duties include:
- Providing fluoroscopic guidance to physicians performing endovascular peripheral intervention
- Assisting in the pre and post op care of patients
- Assisting in the surgical preparation of all patients
- Assisting in monitoring patient vitals during each case
- Supply inventory tracking and management
- Ensuring mandatory clinical guidelines for keeping a high standard of care in our in office angio-suite
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Proper disposal of contaminated products
- Proper sanitization of the operating suite
- EMR knowledge (NextGen) a plus
