What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Veterinary Technician Manager position at Western Veterinary Partners?
Pinebrook Animal Hospital is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Manager to join our wonderful boutique-style animal hospital in Park City. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician who is ready to take the next step into leadership with a strong focus on mentorship and training.
We're looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work closely with both our doctors and support team. While this role will gradually grow into a larger leadership position, our current priority is someone who can lead by example on the floor—particularly in surgery—while helping to build up the skills and confidence of our technical staff.
Over time, administrative responsibilities will be added as training permits. These will include team scheduling, monitoring hospital flow, inventory management, handling client concerns and complaints, and supporting marketing and safety initiatives. Customer service experience is a plus, but strong technical abilities, especially in surgery, are essential.
If you're ready to grow into a leadership role while still staying hands-on in patient care, we’d love to meet you and show you what makes our hospital special.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
Full-time Benefits And Compensation
Pinebrook Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free certified hospital that has been providing extraordinary service to small animals since June 2012. We have a skilled and dedicated team and are well-utilized and proactive with our doctors, patients, and clients. We have a very devoted client base in a rapidly growing family-oriented community and are proud to be a top-rated hospital in Park City.
