Jamacha Pet Vets is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Jamacha Pet Vets, located on a bustling main thoroughfare in Santee CA, offers a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of 4 DVMs and a progressive, highly utilized staff. After moving into a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in 2023, we offer top-tier care within a spacious treatment area and 8 exam rooms, equipped with cutting-edge technology like two digital dental systems (located within a dedicated dental room), digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, multiple Cardell monitoring systems, and ultrasound. We pride ourselves on operating in a paperless environment to support streamlined workflows and modern record-keeping.
Our outstanding reputation in the community reflects our passion for exceptional-quality medicine and a strong culture of mentorship and collaboration. We offer general wellness and surgical services in addition to advanced orthopedic surgical services such as TPLO and MPL.
