As Hospital Manager, you will partner with our Medical Director, collaborate with our doctors, and guide our support team. While this position is focused on people leadership and administrative responsibilities, the Hospital Manager should maintain a pulse on the day-to-day activities of the hospital and be ready to assist the team as the need arises.

- Compensation package: $60,000-65,000 (BOE)
- Quarterly bonus potential

- 3 years of veterinary practice management highly preferred. CVPM a plus!
- Proven success in delivering employee evaluations, developing training programs, mediating conflict, and de-escalating clients in emotionally charged situations
- Experience managing the development and growth of teams
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and strong conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets such as revenue and payroll (preferred)
- Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
