Lago Vista Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build strong relationships with our team and clients, actively engage in meaningful community outreach, and drive effective marketing initiatives. Your efforts will help us strengthen our presence in the community and create a positive, collaborative environment within our clinic.

As Hospital Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to partner with our Medical Director, collaborate with our dedicated doctors, and guide our talented support team. While the primary focus of this role is on people leadership and business management, it is essential for the Hospital Manager to stay attuned to the daily operations of the hospital and be ready to assist the team whenever needed. Your proactive involvement will ensure smooth and efficient hospital activities, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Benefits And Compensation

• Compensation Package: $60,000-70,000 base salary (BOE)
• Generous PTO
• Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to $2,500 quarterly based on hospital performance
• CE Allowance: $1,000 annual allocation for LVTs and CVPMs

Qualifications

• 3 years of people management experience
• Proven success in conducting employee evaluations, developing training programs, mediating conflicts, and de-escalating emotionally charged client situations
• Veterinary or healthcare experience preferred. CVPM a plus!
• Experienced in managing team development & growth
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong conflict management skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets such as revenue and payroll (preferred)
