Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) owns and operates a rapidly growing portfolio of 300 general veterinary practices across veterinary hospitals in the U.S. WVPs decentralized business model requires a specific and customized approach to programs and services to enable individually branded hospitals practices to market to both existing and new clients.
The Marketing Growth Partner will be focused on driving new client acquisition and existing client retention on behalf of Western Veterinary Partners hospitals. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of general/digital marketing experience (prior experience supporting local sites or working in a decentralized business model is a plus), is an excellent communicator (written and verbal), has strong reporting/analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships and trust with operations partners and local leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with network of 100 locally branded hospitals to ensure effective onboarding and implementation/execution of core marketing programs
- Track performance, compliance with guidelines, and optimize programs based on feedback and data analysis
- Collaborate with hospital teams, provide training and support, and monitor program effectiveness to drive desired outcomes
- Measure efficacy of programs and campaigns through key performance data such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead volume and appointments
- Track financial impact through conversion rates, acquisition cost and revenue attribution
- DVM marketing (onboarding, seller succession communication, etc.)
- Lead Group calls with operations team, participate in hospital monthly operating reviews, site visits when needed
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to ensure ROI and key performance metrics are met
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing related experience (veterinary, human health, dentistry, or other physician-centric, multi-site industry experience a plus)
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $65,000 annually. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
