Primary Job Responsibilities
- Create financial models to help the Business and Corporate Development team assess new investment opportunities
- Perform valuation analyses and create various purchase price / acquisition structures for potential targets
- Analyze financial statements to understand the profitability of potential acquisition targets and create pro forma assumptions
- Collect all relevant financial, operational, and HR diligence information from various targets needed to perform a holistic valuation
- Perform trend analysis on acquisition targets
- Create investment memorandums to seek investment approval
- Create proposals (indications of interest, letters of intent, etc.) to be presented to potential acquisition targets
- Support the Corporate Development team throughout confirmatory due diligence process (quality of earnings, operational / legal diligence, etc.).
- 1 years of experience in finance or accounting preferred, or an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
- Strong undergraduate academic performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
