This is a full-time role and we will work with you to establish a 4-day work week that makes sense for your work/life balance. Our doctors receive consistent days off during the week, with most coverage consisting of 10-hour workdays.

We also established a structured mentorship program for early career veterinarians and experienced doctors who are interested in serving as a mentor. The program includes a mentorship guide, digital and electronic skills checklist, and example calendarall designed to gauge progression and ensure doctors in the early years of their career are set up for success.
