We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will oversee the operations of two of our Raleigh, North Carolina practices. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in the veterinary industry and a proven track record of driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of North Hills Animal Hospital & Resort and Boulevard Animal Hospital, both located in Raleigh, NC.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hospital managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Compensation: $65,000 /yr based on experience
- Bonus Package: $2000 (for LVTs and CVPMs)
