Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team! Our outpatient care team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments by coordinating and executing treatment plans and providing thorough client education.
In this role, you will primarily assist during exams and outpatient care, maintain detailed medical records, review treatment plans, address clients' questions, check clients in and out and answer phones. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams running on schedule. This position is ideal for those who excel in client engagement and schedule management.
This is a full or part-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed generally needed Monday-Friday, but must be available Wednesdays (other days are flexible).

- Bonus package: $500 for those with 3 years of consecutive, current VA experience

Salary : $500
