Burlingame Family Pet Hospital is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments including Urgent Care, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a part-time position scheduled for swing shift on Fridays and Saturdays until 10pm, and the day shift on Sundays. There is potential for this position to become full-time in the future.
We are offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25 / hr, depending on experience and skillset.
Minimum qualifications :
- Previous veterinary experience is required
- Experience with veterinary triage is highly desired
