Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for a skilled veterinary professional who excels in both leadership and hands-on clinical work.
As Hospital Manager, you will oversee hospital operations, mentor and support the team, manage financial and business initiatives, and ensure a positive workplace culture. You will also play an active role in patient care, including assisting in exams, surgical procedures, treatments, and client education.
This position requires a strong background in veterinary nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to balance administrative and clinical responsibilities. If you're passionate about both team management and high-quality patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a full-time salaried position with a Monday - Friday schedule.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of veterinary supervisor or veterinary management experience
- Ability to create SOPs, provide technical training and mentorship
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing the development and growth of teams
- Experience with Microsoft suite and practice management systems
- Experience managing budgets such as inventory, revenue, and payroll
- Current RVT license or Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
