Doctors Office for Pets is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team! Our receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position scheduled for five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday - Friday.

We are a 2-doctor, full-service clinic and primarily see dogs and cats, however, we will treat reptiles, birds, and exotics on occasion. At Doctors Office for Pets, our steady workflow, yet easy-going environment encourages team collaboration and continued development. We are well-equipped and provide a full range of services, from routine medical care to surgery, laser therapy, behavioral consultations, and more.
