Responsibilities
- Teach courses in management and business-related fields, including introductory courses, electives, and upper-level courses.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and professional matters, including career development and internship opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of departmental and college-wide initiatives, such as new program proposals, research projects, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- MBA, JD, or Master's degree in a business-related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and/or industry practice in management and business.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse groups of people.
