Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to provide comprehensive planning support to independent financial advisors. This individual will collaborate with advisors to create, update, and/or deliver financial plans, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance. The role also involves managing the Branch Financial Planning Inbox, sharing monthly educational materials, leading quarterly collaboration calls with advisors, and serving as the primary contact for various financial planning tools and subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning Support
- Collaborate with advisors to develop and implement customized financial plans for clients, addressing areas such as retirement, estate, tax, risk management, and cash flow planning.
- Maintain and enhance financial planning documents and services for the branch.
Inbox Management
- Review and approve financial plans submitted by advisors.
- Track completion of required notes and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the accountant regarding approved planning fees.
- Ensure compliance with branch financial planning standards.
Education and Communication
- Submit monthly educational materials for the branch newsletter and advisors.
- Lead quarterly collaboration calls to share updates, best practices, and insights with advisors.
Subscriptions and Tools Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the following tools and services:
- RightCapital: Branch financial planning software.
- Horsesmouth: Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver branded white papers.
- Holistiplan: Provide tax planning strategies.
- AdvicePay: Promote adoption among advisors conducting financial planning.
- RetirementView: Manage annual renewal communications for subscribing advisors.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- CFP® designation (required)
- 5 years of financial planning experience

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (depending on experience)
- Split fees/commissions
- End-of-Year (EOY) Bonus (based on performance metrics)
