What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook (Casual) position at Western Wisconsin Health?
Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a casual Cook (0.0 FTE) to join our Culinary Services department! The successful applicant will be cross trained to work in both as an Eatery Cook and Swing Cook.
The Eatery Cook prepares and cooks meals to order in a fast-paced environment for the Eatery. Patrons include but not limited to employees, visitors and the general public according to established recipes, policies and procedures.
The Swing Cook prepares and cooks meals to order for patients according to their prescribed diet, quantity cooking for the Eatery soups and specials and prep work.
Both positions share responsibility in maintaining and cleaning the kitchen and Eatery. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.
Shifts include:
- Available 7 days/week between 7am - 7pm
- Rotating weekends and holidays
