Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Information Technology Manager to join our leadership team! This position is responsible for managing the Information Technology staff and overall functions of the organization’s information systems. The IT Manager oversees the departmental structure and staffing. They provide direction and leadership in development of technology to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals and objectives. They advise on the application of technology to meet the information needs of WWH. The IT Manager is responsible for vendor relations and contracts in the area of technology. They oversee technical support and training to users throughout the organization. They ensure quality standards are met and promotes continuous quality improvement. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school or GED
- 3 years related experience
- Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- 1 years leadership experience
- Experience in health care IT

- Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information
- Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Ability to consistently carry out job responsibilities, able to acknowledge when commitments are not met, and take appropriate steps to fulfill responsibility
