Practice Administrator

Westfall Cardiology seeks strong candidates with management experience to oversee our busy medical practice.
Office hours Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

This position is responsible for all administrative, supervision, managerial functions of the day to day operations of a medical practice with two locations. The Manager focuses on providing high quality care to our patients and physicians through organization and leadership.
Flexibility and ability to conform to an ever changing environment needed. Ability to problem solve and work in an organized manner is essential.
Looking for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for all financial responsibilities including all aspects of the business as well as Practice Management.
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs
- Responsible for all financials, banking, accounts payables and supplies etc.
- Responsible for handling and overseeing each department within the practice determining their needs
- Hire, assign, and supervise activities of all staff, clinical and non-clinical team members. Directly responsible for coaching and addressing of performance issues. Coordinate and conduct staff meetings.
- Oversee attendance records and approve payroll, coordinate training efforts and monitor performance
- Oversee 401k TPA , health and dental benefits broker and practice insurance carriers.
- Develop policy and procedures, participates in activities that assist Westfall Cardiology in meeting and maintaining all regulatory guidelines and standards and credentialing.
- Serve as the liaison for office maintenance, technical support for computer hardware, software, and the telephone system
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Management: 5 years running a medical practice required
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Electronic Medical Records required.
- Medent/EMR experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience a plus
