The Paralegal will report to our attorneys and work closely with our Senior Paralegal, receiving mentorship and training. This role will involve working across various practice areas, including Trusts and Estates, Family Law, Business Law, Litigation, Real Estate, Probate, and Environmental Law. Prior experience in these practice areas is not required.
Responsibilities:
· Work side by side with attorneys across multiple practice areas to effectively manage and support the execution of legal matters.
· Assist in the preparation and drafting of a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, wills, trusts, business documents, and litigation filings for both state and federal court.
· Serve as a key point of communication between clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders, managing clear and efficient exchanges. When attorneys are unavailable, act as the primary contact to address client inquiries and handle issues directly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Oversee and maintain case calendars, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met with precision and timeliness.
· Review and analyze incoming correspondence and legal documents, organizing tasks for attorney review and timely action.
· Support trial preparation by organizing materials, exhibits, and creating trial binders to ensure smooth court appearances.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
