What You’ll Do:
- Be the first friendly face patients see! Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage multi-line phones and appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate patient records by obtaining necessary documentation from other offices.
- Perform data entry, filing, and scanning to keep records organized and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide outstanding service and support.
