Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and maintenance, with the ability to work independently on various projects. This role involves hands-on work in the field, requiring a blend of technical skills and practical knowledge to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Perform stucco and foam application work as needed for various projects.
- Repair holes, damage, electrical box relocation, match all existing textures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
- 2 years of Stucco experience.
