This is a part-time position available at our Westfield and Cranford locations. We offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work at multiple locations. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members and visitors
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to membership and programs
- Process payments and enroll new members
- Give tours to prospective members
- Assist with special events and promotions
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
