You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for our members and guests. Primary duties include greeting members, guests, and other staff with a friendly and welcoming attitude. You will also be responsible for enrolling new members, assisting current members with membership changes, monitoring facility security, resolving member problems, answering phones, processing payments, giving tours, and assisting with special events as needed.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be willing to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, EPI, and Asthma certifications. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
