Description
The Westfield Area Y is looking for certified Personal Trainers to join our growing Health & Wellness team.
- Must be able to instruct clients on the usage and function of all the exercise equipment in the Free Weight Room, Strength Training Room, Cardio Room, and Fitness Centers at the Y
- Must be able to lift and move exercise equipment
- Ability to design exercise programs for those with special needs and health concerns
- Perform fitness testing and evaluations for clients
- Responsible for renewing all certifications on time

Requirements
- CPR for the professional rescuer, First Aid with EPI and Asthma required
- Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Previous Personal Training experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
