Description
The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for caring, supportive and responsible individuals to join our team as Site Coordinators for our school age child care program (K-5) to work at our Mountainside Elementary school locations.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned program site, either as the primary person on-site or in tandem with a Director. Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting up daily schedules, serving as a liaison with YMCA parents and outside organizations, and ensuring all polices, regulations and standards of the center are met.
Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 6:00PM
Pay Range: Commensurate with education and experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree 1 yr. experience; OR CDA/AA 2 years experience; OR HS diploma/GED 3 years experience
- Experience working in a child care setting
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team with other YMCA staff members
