Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Teller in supervising the teller line.
- Process various transactions to provide prompt and quality service to present and potential customers.
- Supervise the teller line by allocating and coordinating work flow, guiding subordinates, training new employees, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Prove cash drawer at end of day, meet assigned referral goals, and maintain security of cash vault.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
