Responsibilities :
- Utilizes multiple systems to run MVR activity for new, renewal and endorsement accounts. Will communicate with underwriting business partners with driver activity based on guidelines in place.
- Will pull, print, and validate history declaration of policies in order to certify as requested by our claims department.
- Sorts, matches, and prepares printed policies, quotes and amendments for distribution to policyholders and agency business partners.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all state exceptions and procedures. Creates and maintains templates for state specific documents and for manual typing purposes.
- As assigned, may be required to do a single task for a given period of time or perform multiple tasks based on need and capacity of team.
- May conduct or assist with training initiatives related to typing and assembly responsibilities.
- Participates in the compliance review process to ensure quality within all typing and assembly procedures.
- Uses the 5.3 system to order history declarations of automated policies.
- May provide mentoring support and problem resolution for business partners including underwriters, leaders, CLPP, or Legal department.
Qualifications:
- Experience being accurate with a focus on attention to details.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Experience entering and/or transferring data through a computer system or process.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or other transferable software or email.
- Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills gained through previous work experiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and completing work effectively.
- Experience analyzing problems and developing strategies for resolution.
- High School diploma, GED, or commensurate experience.
- Physical essential functions: ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
