Westfield Consulting Partners is assisting a leading autonomous ride-hailing company in hiring a Level 3 Vehicle Operator to play a key role in bringing their innovative vision to life.
As a Level 3 Vehicle Operator, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring vehicle safety, maintaining readiness, conducting software and hardware tests, and representing the company with professionalism to the public. You'll also collaborate with various teams across the organization, including computer vision, infrastructure, sound design, vehicle engineering, strategy, and ride operations.

Shift Bonuses:
- Weekend shifts offer an additional 5% per hour bonus pay.
- Night shifts (starting at 3:30 p.m. or later) earn an extra 5% per hour, totaling a 10% bonus on weekends.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday:
- 7:45 am – 4:15 pm
- 3:45 pm – 12:15 am
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles and ensure smooth operations throughout the day, focusing on safety.
- Perform basic software operation tasks and assist with vehicle missions in various roles.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams both in writing and orally, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance, including routine checks, services, and minor repairs.
- Support logistics for vehicle movement, storage, and equipment handling.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to vehicle status and readiness.
Requirements
- Basic vehicle knowledge to perform vehicle checks, ability to drive for long duration (6 hours in the car per day)
- Basic technology ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent driving history and no criminal history (must have a Florida State license)
- Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience is a plus
- Military experience is a plus
