Description :
The Operations Floater Team Member is responsible for assisting with any tasks, projects, or duties as needed across various areas of operations.
Essential Duties :
- Assist in shipping department with order picking.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed. i.e. unloading trucks, helping with floor loads.
- Assist in processing duties and responsibilities, i.e. take cardboard cart out, take carton cart out, take out trash, pack cartons into cases, stock cartons / cases in processing room, bring nestruns down from the mezzanine.
- Help receiving department unload nestruns.
- Help on the track as needed.
- Yard Jockey Trailers.
- Make small local deliveries / pickups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Typical Hours : 7 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, Monday – Thursday (Fridays as needed). with some flexibility due to business needs. The employee will also enjoy two 10-minute paid breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
