The Manager Health & Fitness will work within the Operational Team to lead the team of fitness coaches from the Campus Wellness Center.

About the role
- You will be managing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Getting involved in developing and implementing health and fitness programs tailored to our members' needs.
- Working with a passionate team to deliver exceptional experiences that align with our mission to improve quality of life.
- Managing team schedules, training, and development to maintain a high-performing staff.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure the facility meets their expectations.
- Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards across the facility.
- Driving member engagement and retention through innovative initiatives.
- Analyzing performance metrics to continually optimize operations and outcomes.
