The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about developing a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards
- Review resumes and applications, and help coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities
- Conduct research on HR best practices and help improve internal processes
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Help ensure company policies are up to date and compliant with current regulations
- Currently matriculated students enrolled at a 4 year college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. (required)
- Strong GPA preferred (Minimum GPA of 3.2 required)
- Ability to be onsite in office 4 days a week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
