Girls Soccer Coaching Vacancy
Seeking Varsity Coaching Candidates:
Westfield High School is seeking a Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to lead the program in all facets. In
addition to coaching during the season, the head coach will lead all off-season and summer
workouts. We are seeking someone with uncompromised integrity and the highest moral and
ethical standards.

Qualifications:
We believe in developing athletes to be leaders in life, not just on the athletic field. We believe in
building relationships with athletes and parents. We believe that education based athletics is the
cornerstone in developing high school students and preparing them for after high school. The
Ideal candidate shares these beliefs and has experience leading a program from the Varsity level
down through the feeder programs.

Who We Are:
Westfield High School is a progressive, innovative, and growing school. Westfield-Washington
School Corporation is dedicated to affording academic and athletic opportunities to all of its
students. The school is experiencing steady growth and has a current enrollment of 3,000.
Projections for the next several years sees WHS growing to 3,500 students. Westfield competes
in the Hoosier Crossroads Conference.

Girls Soccer Program Info:
The boys soccer program has teams competing at the Varsity, JV, and Freshman levels. 70
athletes tryout for the team each year. In addition to the head coach, there are 3 assistant
coaching positions that the varsity coach will have direct responsibility and control over.
