Building Level Principal (Primary); Elementary Director of Curriculum, Instruction, & Talent Development (Secondary)
Terms: 184 days (plus additional summer work days TBD) 7.5 hours per day
Essential Functions:
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:
1. The instructional coach shall hold a valid Indiana teaching certificate.
2. The instructional coach shall have a minimum of five years experience as a classroom teacher.
3. The instructional coach must demonstrate exemplary master teaching.
4. The instructional coach must demonstrate a strong command of the use of data to inform instruction and the differentiation of instruction to support student growth in learning.
5. The instructional coach must possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills and be well-respected by colleagues.
6. The instructional coach must demonstrate superb communication skills (oral and written).
7. The instructional coach must demonstrate outstanding organization, problem solving, and reflective thinking skills.
8. The instructional coach must serve as an exemplary role model as well as comply with all policies and guidelines as outlined by the Westfield Washington School Board.
