As a Business Territory Representative, you will be responsible for executing the territory strategy in your designated area. This includes handling marketing, business development, and achieving annual growth targets for insurance products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Represent the company within the territory through agency visits and networking
- Provide support to agencies to foster trust and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with the Distribution Management team on agency planning and compensation
- Gather competitive intelligence through agency engagements and networking
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience
- For field roles, valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards
