What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapist- Casual position at Westfields Hospital?
In collaboration with the Medical Directors, attending physician and the health care team, the Cardio-Pulmonary Staff supports and cares for patients diagnosed with lung, heart and sleeping disorders. They approach patients with empathy and care; administer diagnostic testing; treatments; educate patients about their diseases; and manage illness and related symptoms.
Work Schedule:
- Casual- will require at least 1 call shift per week
Required Qualifications:
- Current WI RRT, CRT or equivalent license.
- Current CPR, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- PALS certification, within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EPIC computer system
