This position requires skills in the areas of custodial supervision, training, and scheduling. Ability to comprehend the operation of HVAC systems and boilers, energy conservation, and security. Work in harmony with the custodial staff, teachers, administrators and the public. Responsible for the day to day cleaning of the building, contracts for public and private use of the buildings and grounds and all other duties as assigned.
