Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Inspect vehicles for potential maintenance issues and report findings to service advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service bay and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
