What You'll Do :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. You will provide essential nursing care, manage medication administration, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to oversee care plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide necessary wound care and other nursing interventions
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
