Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Day Shift Weekends
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Supervisor on the day shift, every other weekend. Our commitment to compassionate and top-notch care sets us apart, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units.
- Routinely round on nursing units to ensure high-quality care.
- Create a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed.
