Job Description

As a Grounds Person, you will:

• Operate a company pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as needed.
• Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.
• Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas near the highway.
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Empty trash cans in the public area buildings.
• Empty dumpsters.
• Operates trash compactor.
• Empty the recycle bins.
• Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers.
• Leave the area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.

Qualifications

• Valid FL state Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
