Job Description
As a Concierge, you will:
- Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants
- Assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations,
- Assists guests with booking transportation; airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary
- Helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience
- Build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience
- Other duties as assigned
- Impeccable communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
- Previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
- Knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
