Job Description
At Westgate Resorts our Corporate Recruiters are responsible for effectively managing full cycle recruiting for hourly, non-exempt, and exempt roles within corporate, sales, marketing, and call center departments. The Recruiter will prepare for and manage comprehensive intake sessions with hiring leaders, providing candidate market data and other information to educate leaders. They will influence leaders when necessary to ensure timely responses in communication and candidate feedback. The Recruiter will work to resolve issues and recruiting challenges and escalate to leaders, when needed. They will accurately post jobs, source candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates for job fit, schedule interviews with the hiring leader for qualified candidates, and extend offers, ensuring a flawless handoff to the TA Onboarding team.
The individual will project manage internal hiring events as needed and attend and/or supervise external job fairs and recruiting events. The Recruiter will effectively manage the candidate funnel and status in the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS), adhering to and meeting recruiting metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The individual will effectively partner and build relationships with peers, key internal clients, candidates, and hiring leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the full cycle recruiting process for both hourly/non-exempt and exempt roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the different requirements for each category.
- Strategically sources candidates, meticulously reviews resumes, conducts thorough pre-screening, and assesses candidates' knowledge, skills, and abilities against position requirements. Additionally, the Recruiter is responsible for making informed recommendations to the hiring manager and skillfully managing the offer negotiation process.
- Prepares candidates for interviews with hiring leaders, delivering an exceptional level of service and a seamless experience throughout the candidate’s journey.
- Handles all administrative tasks with precision, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, administering company pre-employment assessments, completing feedback forms and interview notes, processing offer letters, and maintaining up-to-date trackers and reports.
- Develops and implements innovative candidate generation sourcing strategies, building robust candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals. This includes referral generation, online social networking, job boards, resume database mining, and search engine sourcing.
- Manages grassroots recruiting activities with a focus on networking and conducting in-person client visits. Builds and maintains relationships with local associations, chambers of commerce, unemployment offices, high schools, technical schools, universities, and third-party companies.
- Communicates effectively and in a timely manner with team members, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Utilizes all recruiting systems and tools effectively and accurately.
- Conducts regular follow-ups with internal clients and candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs within client groups, escalating challenges to leaders as necessary, and assists in identifying and implementing solutions.
- Adheres to all CFI policies and procedures, as well as talent acquisition and onboarding processes, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Represents Westgate Resorts with exemplary professionalism in appearance, dress, and behavior, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development to execute the role to its full potential.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Experience:
- 2-4 years’ full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience
- Corporate within the hospitality industry experience preferred
- 2 years’ experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment, interviewing, assessment tools and technologies
- 2 years’ experience partnering effectively managing and building relationships with internal hiring leaders and clients
- Experience partnering with peer groups such as HR, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, etc.
- Experience supervising others is preferred but not required
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience accepted in lieu of education
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Skills/Knowledge:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) language skills highly preferred

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required

- May be required to work evenings and weekends ( 50 hours ) to support hiring needs as needed
