Job Description

As a Pool Operator, you will:
- Test water chemistry in pool, using Taylor test kit, adjusting chemicals where necessary, and maintain all chemicals within state guidelines.
- Clean pool filters according to prescribed procedures.
- Perform maintenance on all pool bathroom fixtures.
- Clean pool, pool decks, furniture, pump areas, bathrooms and pool tile.
- Repair and replaces all pumps, pump motors, chemical feed controls, pool plumbing, decking, ladders/steps, heaters, underwater lighting and main grates.
- Deep clean pool decks and Vac-Pac areas.
- Deliver chemicals and other supplies to pools.
- Leave work area in clean, neat safe condition.
Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator License (CPO)
- 1 year preferred related experience with residential or resort pools
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company vehicle.
