As a Security & Safety Director, you will:
- Direct and coordinate security operations, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- Manage safety and security programs, including record-keeping and inspections
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services
- Oversee training programs and interdepartmental initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with OSHA and other health and safety organizations
- Act as a liaison for critical incidents and special security services
- Manage inventory, budgets, and departmental procedures

Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact attentively and service-oriented with team members and guests at all levels
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to operate company golf carts
- Westgate Resorts is a smoke- and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for employment
- Must pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Class D license required
- American Red Cross certification required
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required
