A day in the life...
The Night Auditor's duties include (but not limited to) :
- Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards.
- Check guests in and out.
- Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins.
- Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
- Occasionally get guest cars from valet parking lot
