REPORTS TO : Payroll and Benefits Manager
SALARY : $70,0000 to $80,000

SUMMARY :
Have ownership of managing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and addressing any payroll-related issues that arise. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, contributing to employee satisfaction and financial accuracy. Collects data and analyzes it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Audits of all new hire profiles for accuracy and compliance.
Payroll processing : Conducts audit of ADP Time & Attendance and compare to payroll register for accuracy.

Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates Degree Required and 3 years’ experience in payroll processing. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred. Experience in administration of diverse benefits and not for profit experience preferred.
