About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, as well as 3 years of relevant experience and supervisory experience. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, and the ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends as needed is a plus.
You should have excellent writing skills, strong assessment and direct practice skills, and experience in counseling, supervision, community outreach, group leadership, and program development. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database management skills is also required.
