Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport energy products to designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and fuel usage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading products as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in the transportation or energy sector.
- Familiarity with tanker operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation systems.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by delivery schedules.
