As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for all product-related inquiries, assisting customers across various e-commerce marketplaces. You’ll handle customer concerns, process returns and replacement parts, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This is a high-volume call center role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Address inquiries related to product parts, orders, returns, damage claims, and replacements.
- Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth resolution.
- Research and coordinate replacement parts for damaged or missing items.
- Track order status and professionally relay updates to customers.
- Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- File damage claims with carriers and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with additional work-related duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email management.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
